2. Principle
This website is a pure information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking technologies. There are no contact forms; contact takes place exclusively via email.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 650 California St, San Francisco, CA 94108, USA, acting as a processor. When the website is accessed, the host processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and referrer information) to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified.
Session data is deleted after the visit ends. Log files are accessible to administrators for a maximum of 24 hours and are then retained indirectly for up to four weeks before being deleted.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your inquiry and possible follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the authority competent for us is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany.
6. Right to object
You may object to processing we base on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
